By using SidelineWatch, you agree to these terms.
SidelineWatch monitors sports calendars from connected third-party applications and services and alerts you to changes and conflicts via email and a personal calendar feed. We do not create, edit, or control the underlying schedule data — we only read and relay it.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be 18+ to create an account. Accounts are for personal/family use.
Connecting a third-party sports or calendar application or service to your account is done at your own discretion. SidelineWatch is not affiliated with these platforms and is not responsible for the accuracy of the underlying data, outages on their end, or changes to their systems that affect our ability to sync.
We do our best to detect changes and conflicts promptly, but SidelineWatch is provided "as is" without warranty that alerts will be complete, timely, or error-free. Do not rely solely on SidelineWatch for critical scheduling decisions — always confirm directly with your team/league for anything time-sensitive.

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' data; reverse-engineer or scrape the service; or resell access without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SidelineWatch and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed games, events, or scheduling conflicts, arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
